Your three-day learning journey

Make room for what matters, turn it into workable goals, and build a board connected to real actions. Start below, or use the course map to inspect any lesson.

Workbook first. There are only two videos: a welcome at Start Here and congratulations at the finish. Written messages are provided alongside both videos. Your answers stay in the page until refresh or closing. Export before leaving.

Learning outcomes and coaching scope

Adult educational coaching, not psychotherapy, psychological assessment, personalized financial advice, or a guarantee of results. You may skip sensitive prompts or use the fictional case.

  • Write a personal vision statement grounded in chosen values, distinguish perceived control from actual conditions, and map choices, possible influence, and limits.
  • Complete an eight-domain life wheel as a subjective planning snapshot, then narrow ten values to five and three with observable examples.
  • Write a realistic ideal-future day and translate its themes into meaningful goals, including SMART health, financial, relationship, and growth examples.
  • Identify real obstacles, resource needs, consent boundaries, smaller actions, and safe alternatives.
  • Use a cognitive ABC and evidence check for one ordinary planning thought, then choose a safe action without requiring a positive feeling.
  • Assemble an actual visual vision board, or an accessible words-and-symbols board, with a clear action link for every priority.
  • Complete a life blueprint and future-self letter, then use a 30-day action tracker and four weekly reflections to review and revise the plan.
  • Design a self-chosen cue, action, and affordable reward experiment; review whether it helps without punishment or sacrificing essentials.
