Decide. Then Move.

If another comparison session leaves you with the same facts and no next step, your decision process may need a clearer job. Decide. Then Move. helps you work with one manageable choice: define its scope, investigate useful unknowns, compare requirements with capacity, and take a limited action you can review. Coach Jeremy's seven flexible stages offer lessons, fictional examples, worksheets, practical challenges, and reviews. Written for Filipino adult professionals, it leaves room for a reasoned wait or no. This is educational coaching, not a shortcut around specialist advice, safety, consent, or real financial limits.

Careful thinking can help a decision. Repeating the same comparison while waiting to feel certain may leave the next step untouched. Decide. Then Move. helps you tell the difference without making speed the goal. A clear reason to wait, seek advice, or decline can be a responsible result.

Work through seven flexible stages with one manageable choice. Begin by noticing the decision loop and separating events from interpretations. Then organize observations, assumptions, and useful unknowns, choose an appropriate information source, and define requirements before comparing options.

The workbook brings capacity into the process: time, money, access, care commitments, preparation, and other people's agreement. Its five part problem solving sequence helps you generate options, order actions, identify dependencies, and review the actual outcome. An optional STOPP pause supports a considered response before another automatic check.

Each stage includes two lessons, a fictional example, an original worksheet, a practical challenge, and a review. You will finish with a reusable decision agreement covering scope, information, action limits, and reasons to reopen or stop. Optional continuation pages provide a weekly plan and a brief action log rather than a demand to monitor every thought.

Written for Filipino adult professionals, the book respects workplace power and practical constraints. It is CBT-informed educational coaching, not treatment or qualified medical, legal, or financial advice. Use it for ordinary decisions and safe inquiries, not to bypass professional requirements or force a major commitment before essential information is available.
